Casino heist replay glitch and host keeps their share (After "Hotfix")

Hello guys, I saw that some people (including me and some friends) are experiencing trouble on the casino heist while being the host and trying to keep their money, and tried to "improve" the method. Basically I'm following this tutorial . So, the thread would be
  1. Do the heist as usual (glitching the gold or not, it doesn't matter)
  2. Escape as you prefer, by helicopter or car.
  3. After escaping the one-time, the host set his game to 30FPS (optional, but I always do it)
  4. The host, preferably, need to be the copilot or the passenger.
  5. The non-host should approach the buyer slowly.
  6. The host MUST keep his eye on the white circle, and disconnect the ethernet cable (I only use the cable, the wifi can have a time variations that can lead to bad timing and heist complete) between 0.2 and 0.3 seconds after the host sees the white circle turns orange OR disappear (regardless if it shows "Transaction pending").
  7. Wish you good luck! don't be #greedy and wait more than you think you should OR you'll have your heist complete. The best way to earn money with replay glitch is doing it B2B with a friend
It's basically a delay of 0.2 or 0.3 secs to the normal "disconnect immediately after you see the orange circle", it's working A LOT for me and my friend.
And for those who doesn't know, a little tip: If you're duplicating the gold, the max payout on normal is 3.404.000 and on hard is 3.662.520
Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm playing on PC, I didn't tested on any console. Feel free to try and share results

3.78 million payout on gold somehow? (Casino Heist Stealth)

So I was doing a heist with 3 other randoms that I joined, we breached the vault with Stealth and a 3 minute 30 second timer. Plently of time.
As I'm cracking the fingerprints and collecting gold, I notice our take reaches roughly 3.8 million give or take towards the end of the timer expiring.
This confused me. Firstly, I thought that all vault contents had the same take regardless of approach, crew numbers etc. (Hard mode does add 10% on top of the value)
As you can see below (sourced from): https://www.gtaboom.com/diamond-casino-heist-max-payout-vault-contents-time/ Keep in mind this is not adjusted for hard modifiers.
Vault Contents and Maximum Potential
Cash $2,115,000
Artwork $2,350,000
Gold $2,585,000
Diamonds $3,619,000
Now I did see a team member cracking safety deposit boxes, but here's the catch, once we left, there was still a full gold tray in the vault locked behind a door to my knowledge and we were sitting on 3.8 still. I did have to disconnect as one crew member got a bug that didn't let them progress through the mission (Thank you as always Rockstar).
So, I tried Stealth 3 man approach with two mates, gold and hard mode. We ended up with roughly:
$2,843,500
We didn't do any safety deposit locks, and we did daily vault twice but that only yielded around 60k.
But we grabbed every single tray of gold in that vault.
So the question is, how the hell did we get 3.8 million in that random lobby?
Gold duplo glitch was patched to my knowledge, and I thought safety deposit boxes gave a terrible yield? like 6k-15k or something if you crack one open. So confused right now.

Money Making Guide Glitch Combo (2,335,000/50min)

I searched around and haven't found a decent guide on these two glitches (Casino Heist Finale Repeat and Gold Duplication 2.0) so here they are for anyone searching for a good money making system.
1) Find a buddy and both own an arcade. Make sure you've both done all three approaches before and have The Big Con as the "Hard" approach.
2) Both search the vault contents, if it's not gold, call Lester and cancel the heist, repeat until you find gold (its roughly a 22% chance of being gold according to data miners and what I have found). Chose the worst guys for guns and cars, and chose Avi for hacking (look up how to unlock Avi, this is basically a must).
3) Both complete all your set up missions (do as many as you want, these set ups will stay with you so I recommend doing them all and changing it up for fun every once and a while).
4) Host the heist and give the crew member 85% cut and the host will take 15% (minimum, will explain why later).
5) Do the heist and when you get to the vault, designate one person as the door opener and one person as the gold grabber. The Gold Grabber will (ideally) take ONE gold bar off of 5 separate carts, standing ready at the fifth cart. The door opener will open ONE door and take ONE gold bar off of one single cart. After both people have done this, begin to take gold off of the trays you've all previously taken one bar off of and the gold will double. Each person will be able to fully grab two double trays of gold and about 7/10ths of a 3rd tray of gold. If you grab $3,665,000 gold, then you've reached the max. Grabbing any more will not increase your payout (my friend and I have grabbed over 4 million but had the same payout as $3,665,000). Ideally you will be able to access 6 trays of gold with only opening one door, but 5 trays of gold with opening one door is fine too, there just won't be as much of a payout in the end. If you are curious of the mechanics of how this glitch works check the bottom.
6) Have the crew member drive to the buyer location. The host needs to go to their GTA app by pressing home, then start on GTA and then hover over quit. The crew member will drive into the finishing yellow circle and as soon as they hear the audio que of the heist finishing (as well as the yellow circle disappearing) they need to tell the host to hit "Quit" and the host will quit the app. This will bar the host from getting paid (which is why they chose the minimum cut). The crew member will get paid around $2,335,000. The host will keep their heist finale and can run it again as many times as they want as long as they keep closing the app.
7) Switch roles with your friend and have them host so you get paid, continue switching back and forth.
Doing this back and forth will earn each player $2,335,000 per 50-60 min assuming you take turns.

The way the gold duplication mechanics work is that trays of gold will duplicate as long as the total take is less than $150,000 at the bottom. So taking only one gold off of 6 trays will ensure you stay under $150k instead of taking off multiple bars.

New to casino heist b2b

I have done Bogdan b2b several times for other people and myself, but I just finished the setups for the casino heist after buying an arcade. I setup Big Con,
EDIT: Grouppe Sech,
and it gave me cash (I think this is always first by default from what I have researched https://www.gtaboom.com/diamond-casino-heist-max-payout-vault-contents-time/#Casino_Heist_Maximum_Payout_Table). I did all of the setups except for the extra safety deposit box drills. I have done silent and sneaky before and I have watched some videos of people doing big con so I get the general idea..
I want to go b2b with one other experienced person on PS4 that doesn’t mind walking me through the best way to do this. If there is a better way to maximize profits now that the gold glitch has been patched, please let me know. Open to suggestions and appreciate you reading all of this. If anything I guess I can go back to Bogdans LoL

Money Making and Quality of Life Tips

In spite of how long GTAO has been a thing I still see daily posts about people who struggle to make money in GTAO and there are always new players trickling in. Since the game has been out for so long some players might also be concerned what info is outdated and what still matters. I've been playing on and off since the import / export update and until the Diamond Casino I've never completed a heist because the originals required 4 players and randoms sucked so I have no advice there. None of what I'm going to talk about is a glitch.
To start, 2 huge quality of life tricks to know
Getting a solo lobby: Can confirm this works on xb1 and should work on ps4, no idea about pc.
Requires a hard wired connection, meaning you have an ethernet cable running from your router to your console.
Step 1: Before opening GTA unplug your ethernet cable and let your console pick up a wireless connection
Step 2: Open GTA and get into any online session
Step 3: Plug your ethernet cable in while walking around
That's it. There should be a momentary disruption that splits you from your lobby. It will be very hard for other players to join your lobby unless they are invited or join you off your crew tag. You may get booted from GTAO but in my experience if it doesnt work the first time it usually works the second. This trick has worked for years and will probably continue to work for the life of GTAO
Idle forever in GTAO: Go into any building you own with a security camera or TV. Watch the security camera or the TV (must zoom in in tv)
That's it, very useful for turning supplies into products at MC biz, bunkers, or night clubs without having to actually do anything. Just walk away for a few hours then buy more supplies as needed until the biz is full.
Making money:
Active money makers: vehicle warehouse, special cargo warehouse, hangar
Vehicle warehouse is typically considered best because its missions are almost all easy and quick. You can source only high end cars by filling your warehouse with all the low to mid range cars. The game wont have you source the same license plate twice so if you only sell high end cars eventually you will only source high end cars. Another trick is to use a cargobob to transport the cars to risk less damage.
Cargobobs are very slow so if you have helicopters chasing you then you can still take plenty of damage. I recommend getting to max altitude so you dont need to slow down to gain altitude when running from the helis. Delivery missions almost never have helis so cargobobing is safe and easy. The last alternative is to trigger the helicopters and cars chasing you and kill them. Typically there are 3 or 4 waves of enemies before you can proceed unmolested.
Payout is 80k - damage to car
Supply crates warehouse: is very tedious but a great payout. Roughly 1/3 supply missions will let you source all 3 crates in 1 truck. The rest of the time you have to make 3 trips which is a huge pain. I believe the payout of a large warehouse is 1.7m after you deduct the cost of the crates. This would be easy to google if you want
Would not recommend if you dont have an oppressor mk2 or at least a buzzard. Personally with the oppressor mk2 I think this might be better active money than cars considering 1/3 of missions dont require 3 trips. Much less instant gratification though.
Hangar: I did very little with the hangar. It's a lot like crates but all the missions use aircraft and are typically harder than car / crate missions. Would only recommend for people who absolutely love flying.
Passive income:
Mc businesses and the bunker all work the same way. You buy or steal supplies that get turned into product over time. Profitability goes in the order of bunker (no research), cocaine, meth, counterfeit cash, weed, and I dont even remember the last one because it's barely profitable buying supplies.
Location matters, the best locations are in the middle of the map, the grand senora desert region. City locations can make you go all the way to paleto bay and vice versa.
Playing solo you want to make sure you sell before your product is more than half full to limit the number of delivery vehicles.
Buying supplies hurts profits but the time investment of stealing supplies isnt worth it. That time is better spent on cars or crates. The power of the passive income is to have several going at once. The exception to this is if you have help. The more people on a steal mission the more supplies the mission generates.
Nightclub: requires you already have passive income set up. Let's you generate free product without worrying about supply. Product generates very slowly in relation to other businesses. If you spend a lot of time idle at your security cams though this is a big winner.
Getting raided: Your bunker / mc businesses will always have a hidden timer ticking whenever you are an MC president in free mode and outside of a building and not in a mission. Security upgrades increase this timer and you can limit raids by disbanding your MC before you leave buildings and right after sales. Done right and you should only lose seconds per sale and lose no time when resupplying.
Diamond city casino heist: Will probably take 3-4 runs to pay for the arcade if running with 4 players. Heists are a much better experience with friends imo and really only recommend doing them with friends in general. Arcade location matters slightly. There are a few prep missions that will always be in the city. Would only recommend for players who already have a strong income because the passive income is shit for the money you have to invest.
Big con / group sechhs is easiest. Nobody bothers you until you get to the top of the elevator and you can easily get to the noose outfits upstairs once you have done it a few times and walk right out whatever exit you like.
I recommend leaving from the staff entrance. Theres an underground tunnel nearby that you should google and makes losing the 5 stars a joke.
Always do the duggans optional prep. The difference in guard weapon and armor quality is massive. This is exceptionally important for the aggressive and stealthy approaches.
Always hire cheap gunman / driver and expert hacker. The duggans mission make guards tissue paper, and the tunnel makes it so any vehicle is fine as long as you can get in there.
You can afford a cheaper hacker if you have 4 people who know what their doing, or 3 with artwork because its quicker.
The tunnel also eliminates the need to spend money on a clean car or gunman distraction.
I hope all of that will be useful to a few of you and if anyone wants to comment any other good advice there are still people who could use it
Edit: even though a lot of people are shitting on the newest heist it's a strong contender for the best active income at this time. Unlike the original heists your passive income buildings will be generating product while you do the preps and those that have been running the heist a lot claim to be knocking the preps out in under 2 hours once getting used to the missions. If you can do them in that kind of time your income is much better than crates or vehicles

Questions and Answers from my GTA Online money making guide.

I recommend looking at my GTA Online guides first before reading this Q&A.
Well set players: https://www.reddit.com/usexInfected_Virus/comments/epd9w4/solo_money_making_guide_for_new_and_well_set/
New players: https://www.reddit.com/usexInfected_Virus/comments/epdbs2/solo_money_making_guide_for_new_players/

Questions and Answers.

Q: Don't they have plenty of other guides like this on the GTA Online Mega Guide Thread?
A: This guide combines VIP work Headhunter, Special cargo, Vehicle cargo, Bunker, MC Businesses, Nightclub, Terrorbyte and Arcade with Master Control Terminal in one guide assuming everyone has those businesses. The Mega Guide thread definitely helped me make this this guide with me putting links of more additional in depth tips from threads on the mega guide on how to do special cargo missions, vehicle cargo missions, Bunker, MC Businesses and Nightclub. I also posted the Mega Guide link twice in this guide for more in depth info and more in depth tips such as the original heist guide for newer players.
Not many people know how to do the Biker business solo thus why they're giving up on it so that's one of many reasons why I'm making my own guide. I would love it if the mods put this guide on the GTA Online Mega Guide thread so it can get more attention and help other players. Also some but not all of the poor to rich type guides are outdated e.g no golden revolver headshot challenge or Maude's bounties with stone hatchet challenges that earn $250,000 upon each completion yet but they still give good information on how to get started so still look at those guides when in doubt. I'm looking to offer something new in 2020.
Q: What links did you use from the GTA Online Mega Guide Thread?
A: The main guide itself of course. https://www.reddit.com/gtaonline/comments/8xvpow/the_gta_online_mega_guide/
https://www.reddit.com/gtaonline/comments/5tzgfk/guide_for_vehicle_cargo_imports/

Q: Why doesn't this guide include the Hanger Business?
A: Because the Hanger business is designed to have multiple players in your CEO organization and collecting crates solo can take up to 10 minutes and you only make $10,000 per crate while you can be making $22,000 in three minutes doing Headhunter or $31,000 in three or four minutes doing Terrorbyte missions Diamond Shopping, Targeted Data and Robbery in Progress.
Q: I'm broke but I have all the businesses the main guide requires including a fully upgraded bunker or MC Businesses (Coke, Meth and Cash) and Nightclub with all upgrades and technicians.
A: Follow the steps on the main guide as normal and you should be all good.
Q: Why not do the Doomsday Heist instead for newer players?
A: The facility is expensive around two million dollars for one in a decent location whereas a high end apartment for original heist only costs $200,000 and you can get around $2,000,000-2,500,000 million after finishing the original heist assuming you got all the extra bonuses and done all of them on hard with having 55% cut on the last four finales and 60% cut on the Fleeca finale. Doomsday heist missions are also hard because of the insane accuracy of the enemy NPCs which will require plenty of resets such as starting the current setup or finale. So paying two million for a facility isn't recommended for newer players.
Q: Why no glitches such as vehicle dupes or Act 2 finale replay?
A: This guide is for players both new and well set who want to earn money legitimately. Money glitching may get you banned and reset so I don't want players to risk losing their hard work and progress.
Q: Does this guide have any glitches?
A: Mostly no except changing your MTU on console or suspending the task manager on PC to get into solo public lobbies to avoid griefers. Other than that; no.
Q: I bought the Criminal Enterprise starter pack and got a free Bunker in Paleto Bay, should I get it?
A: Despite the Paleto Bay Bunker being free it's still a big NO. This is because the sale to Los Santos is a very long drive which takes time to get to the destination. Also most resupply missions take place in Los Santos so it's a very long drive the get the supplies back to the Paleto Bay Bunker.
If not in a solo public lobby, there's a high chance a griefer can come after you on the exposed highway. Your much better off saving up for a Bunker in Farmhouse or Chumash since they're closer to the city.
Q: Speaking of Criminal Enterprise Starter pack; should I get it and if I do get it what should I do?
A: No; it's not worth spending real life money on the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack.
But if you do get it it already has a free CEO Office, MC Clubhouse in Great Chapparal and a Counterfeit Cash business in Grand Senora Desert. Since you have free $1,000,000 then buy a high end apartment in Del Perro and start the original Heist. Scroll up and follow the "My Guide To Get Rich For New Players" for more.
Q: I'm rank 25 but the host keeps kicking me out of their Heist finales or setups before it even begins, why is that?
A: Because they don't trust lower ranked players from finishing the heist because they have a bad experience from lower level players not knowing what to do or constantly dying thus spending plenty of times of constant resetting if a low level player keep failing or dying so they're not even going to bother with them and kick them out in a heartbeat.
Q: Wanted level won't go away at the Prison Break finale after everyone boards the plane even flying for hours still won't get rid of your wanted level?
A: I think it's glitched due to bad connection that if a person already has their wanted level flashing away and the person with bad connection still has their wanted level thus everyone still gets the five star wanted level. If that's the case then reset the finale, if still doesn't work then change roles and if it still doesn't fix it; your going to need a new crew preferably get players who are in your country or continent for better connection since they're in the same regional servers.
Q: I lost too much money while doing the Pacific Standard Heist?
A: Restart the Heist.
Q: How do I destroy all 10 Duggan shipments and should I even bother destroying them?
A: You need a Buzzard to destroy all of them on time. With enemies on boats and helicopters, fly behind them and spam rockets and they should be destroyed. Buzzard is quick enough to get from one end of the map to another. Hunter or Akuka also works as well if not better.
Yes you should destroy them especially doing the aggressive approach because the guards have armour and helmets that they take so much bullets to kill via headshot. On top of that, they also have and assault shotgun which shreds through your health in an instant. Destroying all of them means the guards won't have any armour, helmets and they'll only be equipped with a pistol.
Q: When should I start buying other properties such as a Doomsday Facility, Casino Penthouse and Hanger. Also when should I start buying vehicles such as weaponized vehicles, planes and supercars?
A: Once you have all the businesses required for this guide and you follow the steps everyday so you can save up on whatever you want to buy.
Q: Now that you mentioned the Casino Penthouse, should I get it so I can do the Casino Penthouse missions.
A: No, because the basic model costs $1,500,000 and the max payout assuming you finish all six missions is approximately $1,100,000 dollars. Only get it if you can do most of the steps on the main "Well set" guide.
Q: I read the main "Well Set" guide already and know what to do. I want to get my friend who's new to the game to make easy money, how much will they make?
A: Assuming your doing Step 1 Import/Export Method. Terrorbyte mission pays them $31,000 with Headhunter $21,000 and another Terrorbyte mission $31,000. They gain also $5,000 per fifteen minutes with additional $500 per successful source mission (crates or vehicle cargo) and $10,000 per sell mission. They'll make approximately $100,000 per cycle or approximately $300,000 per hour just for helping. They lose $250 per fifteen minutes though if the CEO dies.
Once you move to Step 3 Selling Bunker and MC Businesses; the associate will get 10% of the sale capping at $30,000 on top of the extra $1,000-5,000 bonus per successful mission. Best to sell Bunker as MC so your associate can get $21,000 instead of $10,000 per successful sell mission (assuming you only bought one supply batch and your Bunker is fully upgraded).
I maybe wrong on this though, if so then let me know.
Q. Is the Buzzard better than the Oppressor MK II for grinding and why should I get the Buzzard before the MK II Oppressor?
A: Overall as a grinder vehicle, I'd stick with the Buzzard because it can be consistently spawned using the CEO Interaction menu to spawn vehicles. The MK II Oppressor has a five minute cooldown after it gets destroyed or you returned it to storage and plus it remains at the location where you have picked up the vehicle cargo while doing source vehicle mission or on crate missions where all the crates is in a vehicle thus you have to leave the MK II Oppressor at the location. With the Buzzard you can easily spawn another.
The reason why you should get the Buzzard first is because it's cheaper and already comes with homing missiles whereas the MK II Oppressor costs more and you require the Terrorbyte to install the homing missiles which are limited to 20 and already costs a lot on top of needing to own a Nightclub which you need in order to purchase the Terrorbyte. I recommend getting the MK II Oppressor once your well set.
I know some will disagree with me here but personally I still use the Buzzard more than the Oppressor MK II for grinding with the Oppressor MK II being used for some missions and as a supplement grinding vehicle with it's better missiles and being easier to land in tight places.
Q. Why should I buy supplies for the Bunker and MC Businesses, isn't it more worth it to steal since your not paying $75,000 to purchase supplies?
A: Depends if it has upgrades or not. If it has full upgrades then it's not worth stealing because you can be doing other things such as doing Step 1 Import/Export guide while your businesses makes product in the background. Doing Step 1 I/E method makes more than enough money to pay off the supplies. You can also easily make money back by sourcing and selling vehicle cargo after you sell product from an MC Business or Bunker.
If it has one upgrade, steal supplies until you have three bars or 60% of the supply bar is filled and buy the rest.
If it has no upgrades then yes, I suggest stealing until the supply bar is full to make maximum profits.
Q: Should I get security upgrades on the Bunker, MC Businesses and Nightclub?
A: For Bunker and MC Businesses no. With Bunker if you stay under 50% of product you shouldn't be raided since buying one full supply batch gives you 20% of product. With the MC Businesses, make sure to register inside the MC Business and disband immediately after selling to prevent getting raided. For the Nightclub yes because there's less chance of getting raided. I have the security upgrade on the Nightclub and done the AFK method several times and not one time did I get raided, just make sure your not registered as a CEO or MC President while AFK.
Q: Why do the Steps have "Repeat 1-5 or 1-8" instead of "Repeat steps 1-5 or steps 1-8"?
A: To make it clearer so people don't get confused from "repeat steps 1-7" which some people will think but there's no step six or seven. Most people shouldn't get confused though but I want to make this guide as clear as possible so no one gets confused.
Q: Is it worth doing Nightclub popularity mission to keep your Nightclub popularity full?
A: No since the missions are pretty long and your much better off switching DJs every 90 minutes to prevent losing popularity and get back to what your doing quickly.
Q: Is selling two Post OP Van missions possible while selling the MC Businesses from Los Santos?
A: Yes if your quick and if your Coke, Meth and Cash is NOT in Elysian Island or Terminal because it'll be much harder or impossible to sell two Post Op Vans. Make sure the Coke, Meth and Cash is in northern Los Santos if you already bought those Los Santos locations.
Q: About the MC Businesses, I bought the ones in Paleto Bay or Elysian Island/Terminal, also my Bunker is in Paleto Bay or in a location other than Farmhouse of Chumash; should I move my MC Businesses to Sandy Shores/Grand Senora Desert and my Bunker to Farmhouse or Chumash?
A: Yes, if you have the money to do so because you have to re-buy the upgrades once you change locations although you get half on what you spent on the location back unless you got the Paleto Bay Bunker through the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack, which in that case, you can't get any rebates from moving to a different location.
Q: Other than MC Businesses and Bunker should I move my other businesses and Bunker away from Paleto Bay?
A: Yes again, since most missions take place in Los Santos. Don't be tempted to get the free arcade in Paleto Bay if your a Twitch Prime subscriber, instead buy one of the locations in Los Santos. With the facility, this is entirely up to you if you want to move.
Q: Ok but why should I NOT buy a business in Paleto Bay?
A: Because most of the resupply missions for the MC Businesses, Bunker and Arcade/Casino Heist setups take place in Los Santos and it's a long drive or flight back to those businesses. You might be lucky and a resupply mission takes place in Paleto Bay but overall it's not worth it. Also sell missions are very far from Los Santos should you choose to sell remote and unnecessary amount of time is being wasted in trying to get back to collect another vehicle while you already reached that second vehicle if you sell from the Sandy Shores businesses.
If your not in a solo public lobby, there's a higher chance griefers can come after you and destroy your product since your open on the highway and your most likely not even half way to your destinations when you could've arrived their if you sold from the Sandy Shores MC Business or Farmhouse/Chumash Bunker.
I think I mentioned something like this in an earlier question above.
Q: I want to move my Bunker, MC Business and Arcade out of Paleto Bay but don't have the required funds yet although I'm more than willing to re-buy upgrades for them. How do I still do solo sell missions from Paleto Bay.
A: With the MC Businesses assuming you have the upgrades, sell in the Blaine County area. With the Bunker sell remote to Los Santos as normal but make sure your in a solo public or peaceful grinder lobby to avoid being griefed. Still buy supplies though since you still make a profit (except on the Document Forgery) if they have full upgrades. Half upgraded, steal until three bars and no upgrades steal until bar is full. Good luck with the long drive back from Los Santos.
Q: Why do players buy businesses in Paleto Bay anyways?
A: Because players get duped in buying the cheapest location for the Bunker and the Arcade. Another reason I hear is because to get away from other players and tryhards/griefers, you can go into a solo public lobby to fix this problem. Don't be tempted at any costs in getting a Paleto Bay business.
Personally, I have a medium house with a six car garage there only because I have plenty of money and only wanted a property in Paleto Bay just for the sake of it.
Q: A majority of players suggest getting the Farmhouse or Chumash Bunker but which one of those two should I get since I know they're both closest to the city. I'm torn apart on what to choose from?
A: This is a hard choice to be honest, I can see why many people suggest since they're closest to the city and both are next to a freeway. Since the guide suggest buying supplies, you'll be doing sell missions most of the time.
Here are the sell missions you get and which location is best for which missions. Feel free to disagree with me here, this is from my experience from doing Bunker sell missions.
I maybe missing some missions though so let me know which ones I missed.
Price.
Which one should I get?: Personally I'd go with the Farmhouse but it's a bit more expensive than the Chumash which is another great location.
Q: A griefer is coming after me or the vehicle carrying the product got stuck and there's literally no way to get it out or the plane drop mission is glitched thus making it impossible to drop cargo and finish the sell mission, because I spent lots of money buying or lots of time collecting supplies, what should I do?
A: Close the application if on PS4 or dashboard if on Xbox One or find a new session on all platforms. You only lose ten percent of product but at least all that time or money isn't wasted and you get to keep most of the product.
Q: Should I sell in a populated lobby?
A: Yes but only if your certain the other players there are peaceful otherwise a griefer may come after your cargo. Make sure your in a grinding lobby just to be safe.
Q: I have three other players with me in my organization, I know how Step 1 I/E Method works but how should I do the cycle?
A: Instead of selling the car, source the vehicle instead until you have four top range vehicles stored in your warehouse and repeat the cycle since there's a twenty minute cooldown per vehicle sold in one go, so since you sold four vehicles, you'll have a one hour cooldown.
Q: Is selling a full 111 crate warehouse possible solo?
A: Yes, I've sold 111 crates several times solo no problem. The only problem I had was the plane mission with the enemy Buzzard and Valkyrie variant. All I did on that mission is get in the Titan, scout the area with a Buzzard or Hydra, destroy the enemy NPCs, drop the crates off and done. Three Brickades and one tug boat sales are very easy to do.
Q: Should I get the vehicle upgrades for selling the crate warehouse missions?
A: Armour upgrades don't provide extra protection from rockets fired from griefers in MK Oppressor but it may provide extra protection from enemy NPC bullets and explosive rockets from Hydra or Lazer. Bulletproof tyres are useful on the Brickade and speed upgrade is useful on the Tug. Jammer upgrade is near useless on the plane especially if your in a solo public lobby.
The upgrades worth getting are the speed upgrade on the Tug and bulletproof tyres on the Brickade.
So should you get upgrades?: Up to you really.
Q: You mentioned buying supplies from the Master Control Terminal from the Arcade but should I sell my product from there though?
A: No because you have to go all the way to the business your selling from which wastes some sell time just trying to get there. Your much better off selling from the actual business location because the sell vehicle is right there most of the time.
However, not all vehicles spawn at the business location such the Dinghy boat, Dodo plane or Buzzard for the MC Businesses and the Tug and Plane for the crate sell missions. The sell vehicles for the Bunker are always located next to the Bunker, the sell vehicle for the Nightclub is always located next to the Nightclub. You still need to actually go to the vehicle warehouse to sell a car though.
Q: Why do you suggest using the Bati 801RR, isn't it the exact the same as the Bati 801?
A: The Bati 801RR actually has better acceleration than the Bati 801 but they still share the exact same handling and top speed.
Q: Did you have any help while making this guide?
A: A little bit from Youtubers and some threads from the Mega Guide, other Reddit posts and the GTA Forums but I mostly made it with my experience in grinding the businesses. Also the tips I post are mainly from my experience in selling.
Q: Who does this guide cater to?
A: Players who are new or well set.

Casino Heist Facts

Let’s start by saying this picking your approach to the heist has no effect on the payout.
the approach you take determines how long you’ll be playing the mission.
from longest to shortest is
Silent and Sneaky
Aggressive
The Big Con
the fastest way to make money with this new heist is taking the Big Con approach, you won’t lose a single dime unless you take the helicopter route. and if you take the route it should only take up to 15 min max.
Bogdon Act2 Takes about 10 minutes and pays a million, the casino takes a few min longer and pays more and can be replayed with the reset glitch.
The vault contents and i’m sure everyone already knows this by now but the order from most paying goes like :
Diamonds
Gold
Artwork
Cash
some advice here, when the gold glitch gets patched the artwork will be the best for those who like to duo and don’t run squads on heists.
for squads it’s going to be diamonds when they come out.

Sansha's money making notebook

all following data assumes all upgrades

1. cayo perico

This content is boring as shit so I'm not at all inclined to learn to min-max. You arrive, take some loot, then leave. That's literally it.

2. Casino Heist

3. Diamond Casino

Casinos are specifically designed from the ground up to take your money. Please do not be surprised when the casino takes your money.
Games:
Horse race glitch: no longer effective; leaving for posterity
  1. Pick any horse; which one no longer matters due to adjusted odds.
  2. Click and hold the increase bet arrow. Do not release mouse button until step 4.
  3. Immediately drag mouse down to 'place bet' button; total bet should be 200.
  4. Keep holding click for at least 8 seconds into the race. You can go for 10, or whatever works for you for best return.
What happens is for the first 7.5 seconds of the race, the bet counter continues to increase in the background up to 10,000. So you bet 200 chips but the game thinks you bet 10,000 from the beginning, and rewards as thus.
Host all casino story missions: $1,000,000
Participate in all casino story missions: $100,000 and free Enus Paragon R armored
Additional casino work available via Ms Baker on phone.
The penthouse's optional 'office' does not connect to any of your businesses; it is purely cosmetic/roleplay.

4. Nightclubs

income per hour:
Documents - $4k
Weed - $4.5k
Cash - $7k
Bunker (guns) - $7.5k
Meth - $8.5k
Cargo - $8.5k
Cocaine - $10k
Special orders give +10% profit, negating Tony's 10% cut
Avoid selling 90 or more units at one time, as one sale is bugged and can not be completed with a Pounder.
Tony's cut caps at $100k; sell over a million. Sweet spot for sales is over a million return, but under 90 units.

5. GunRunning bonker

Generate $7k stock every 7 minutes; set timers for one minute per $1k stock
Supply depletion in 2 hours, 20 minutes (140 minutes)
Product; units = value
25 = 175k - 1 sale vehicle; 262,500
50 = 350k - 1-2 sale vehicle; 524,000
75 = 525k - 2-3 sale vehicle; 786,000
100 = 700k - 2-4 sale vehicle; 1,048,000
Divide $ by 7,000 to get current total units
Resupply idle procedure:
  1. Fill bonker supply by stealing
  2. Select option to buy supplies (at $15k)
  3. Quickly enter any Contact Mission
  4. Proceed straight to apartment, Clubhouse, Hangar or Facility and have your character watch TV. A low or mid level apartment is ideal to minimize resource use; less on-screen graphics to render
  5. Go AFK or tab out for 2 hours and 10 minutes, then complete the Contact Mission
  6. Return to Freemode; wait for text message to confirm supplies arrival
tl;dr - effectively purchase $75,000 worth of supplies for $15,000, the cost being more than covered by the Contact Mission. Repeat as desired to fill bonker. This also fills nightclub.

6. Import/Export

Fill vehicle garage with every vehicle; export only High vehicles. Having remaining Standard and Mid ensures only High will be sourced.
Collection - 'Uninsurable' and 'End of Empires' only:
Osiris 'SLEEK'
T20 'DEVIL'
X80 'MAKEBANK'
Roosevelt 'OLDTIMER'
Z-Type 'BIGMONEY'
ALL COLLECTIONS
Talk to Assisstant, use Pegasus Concierge to leave the office in Cargobob, pick up and deliver sourced car.

7. doomsday bullshit

fuck this content, but it pays... kinda
Act I: $812,500
Act II: $1,187,500 - best act for cash grinding
Act III: $1,500,000
First Time (each Act): $50,000
All in Order: $500,000
Loyalty 2 Players: $75,000
Loyalty 3 Players: $175,000
Loyalty 4 Players: $375,000
DD Criminal Mastermind: the worst effort:reward in the game
2 Players: $750,000 - faster and easier to do Act II twice
3 Players: $1,750,000
4 Players: $3,750,000
tl;dr - do 4-player Loyalty and In Order then forget about it, though this is pretty solid grinding for players with little game time available to them

8. Classic Heists

Fleeca Job - 2 players, $143,500
Prison Break - 4 players, $500,000
Humane Labs - 4 players, $675,000
Series A - 4 players, $505,000
Pacific Standard - 4 players, $1,250,000
All In Order and Loyalty Challenges, $1,000,000 each. Criminal Mastermind, $10,000,000. Do all at the same time for $12,000,000 total payout at the end, with rewards for setups and finales etc close to $13,000,000.
First Person Challenge - all of the setups and finales - not necessarily in order - with First Person Camera Lock setting on - $100,000

9. special cargo, hangar cargo, biker biz

nope. The grind and sale time, effort and cost are not worth the reward. Sure, you'll make money doing it, but this content is tedious, frustrating, time-consuming and overall just not fun. Also, their hourly income makes them just not productive to do when you have much more profitable activities for your time and investment.

10. shit to do while cooldowns

  • Headhunter, preferably in a Hunter, or at least a Buzzard or Oppressor
  • Haulage, using Hauler MOC truck
  • Piracy Prevention, in a chill session when need a RL lunch break
Follow instructions; become unreasonably wealthy. Also, join a fucking cartel already; you have no excuse not to be in chill, helpful sessions with like-minded colleagues.
Friendly Lobbies:
/SecuroServ - cross platform
/ceofriendly - PS4
/MCCEO - PS4
/FPGL - XB1
/PCEO - XB1
And, last but certainly not least, gtacartel

GTA Online Economy Thoughts (2AM Rant & wall of text)

Alright everybody. Grab your comfy chairs and shut your faces, cuz I'm gonna (hopefully) start a discussion on something amazing. Something so mind-explodingly exciting that it'll blow your face through the back of your head. That's right, we're talking about the economy. Okay, that's probably not as exciting as it sounds, but at least it's the economy of an island teeming with murderous psychopaths, movie stars, and plenty of hookers and blackjack! The reason I wanted to bring this up is because Los Santos has a serious issue with its economy. And if you need proof of the problem, simply search "GTA V Money Glitch" on whatever the hell your favorite browser is, and look how many results show up.
Y'see... it's about supply and demand. The players demand money, and Rockstar provides ways to obtain said money. Whether it be missions, races, heists, or even those god-awful shark cards, there are plenty of different ways of getting money. The problem I see, is that simply not enough of these options give decent payout. And for the few that actually do, people just farm the everloving fuck out of them!
"But that's just like the real world economy. It's hard to get money."
Yes, thank you Captain Obvious. And Sergeant Sarcasm here hears your idea, rejects it, and substitutes this one instead: This isn't the real world we're talking about. Let's face it, we play games to have fun. We kick back and relax. Mash some buttons. Probably rage a bit at the same person who's killed you for the 47th time in- ...anyways, it's a game. We play it to escape from the real world to have fun. Getting money shouldn't be a chore. So grinding the same blasted jobs over and over again isn't making the game very enjoyable IMO. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not asking for free handouts here. (Even though we already get the seemingly random $2k every once in a while for "good behavior".) I'm simply asking that a few things be thought about, and hopefully tweaked.
First of all... the name of the game. That's right, the name of the game. "Why?" you ask? Because it makes absolutely no sense that the game be called "Grand Theft Auto" if you can't steal cars online. We've all been there. We see a nice car driving around that we'd like to steal, or check out upgrades, or sell, or whatever the hell else you people do with your cars. And what does it say? "This vehicle is too hot to modify..." Excuse me?! Why is this an issue? It doesn't happen in single player, why is it a thing in online? If it's to make players work up money to buy their cars, then it's a bloody stupid reason.
Then how do I think the car issue could be solved? Simple! The upgrade cost of cars. Instead of a vehicle being "too hot to modify", make it more expensive to modify a hot car. Simply double the cost of all upgrades and customization for the car. This would give people the choice of buying a car legally off the site and receiving the bonus of cheap upgrades, or stealing a car and paying more to upgrade it. This makes sense because even with the car being "hot", someone will probably work on it and look the other way about it being stolen... for the right price. It would put a decent dent in the economy because then people could still have a decent car (even without upgrades), and they could use their money elsewhere. And let's face it! The cars are the crown jewel of this game. Nothing burns a hole in our pocket more than the desire to pimp our rides, or blow all our hard farmed earned cash on new ones.
Next up is how we obtain money. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with all the updates that Rockstar has pushed out. Each one (save for some of the holiday updates) giving us a new way of obtaining money. But the only real game-changing one was the one we've been requesting since the bloody game was released! We need more variety. Take a look at the heists update Rockstar, and what do you see? A lot of happy people. We adore the change from the monotony of hopping from one mission to the next. Now let's see some more.
Remember when a few lines ago I mentioned blackjack? Well it should be a thing. The casino. It's been discussed, hinted at, and gazed upon for quite some time now, and it doesn't look like we're any closer from that "Coming Soon" sign to those doors actually opening. This would be an amazing update! And other than the hundreds (if not thousands) of new models and textures, an easy one as well! You already have a betting system in place with the jobs, so I'm sure with a bit of tweaking this could be copied over to some casino-esque mini games such as roulette, slot machines, or even horse racing down at the track! Albeit that last one is a long-shot as it would involve adding horses, and thus a metric fuckton of new code, models, and other problems. For the rest of casino games (which I have no clue as I have no knowledge of casinos IRL outside of movies), I presume simple card games with a random variable generator and a few "if" statements wouldn't be too hard to do either. This update could provide a whole new and exciting way for people to earn or lose money. Hell you could even include an exclusive car that can only be won at the casino. Just be sure to tweak the odds a teeny tiny little bit more towards the player's favor, as we all know Casinos IRL are designed to take your money.
Aaaaand stocks. This one is a bit confusing to me, as there is a fully-functioning online market in single player... but not multiplayer. What gives? I presume it's some sort of coding issue, or maybe even legality, but it doesn't make much sense to me. I think (if anything), Rockstar believes this would be too easy for people to make money from, so they simply chose not to add it. Although they tantalize us with the thought of it when we visit the web page. If you don'y want people making massive bank off of it, then simply put a limit! You could easily limit trades to once/twice per in-game day, or even put a cap on it. Like you can only have a max of $1M in the stock market. Again, I have no knowledge of how the code for the game works, or how stocks work. Just an idea. Bite me.
Another idea is random events and/or collectibles. Maybe have a chest of pirate treasures randomly spawn somewhere in the ocean? Or perhaps have "celebrities" randomly spawn and drop more money? I haven't put much thought into this one, but I feel like there could be more added to it than the regular "blow up this" or "shoot that".
That's all for now, as I can now hear the friggin' birds chirping outside, and I started typing this around 2AM. But please... PLEASE... prove me wrong. Say how these ideas wouldn't work, and say some of your own. This isn't sarcasm, this is a legitimate request. the whole point of this post was to start a conversation, and maybe even spark a few ideas. Hell, and if you've even read this far... thank you. Sincerely. It's not often that someone will go out of their way to listen to someone ramble on, and that's especially true on the internet.
