The slick city is a GTA 5 online DLC concept that takes place awhile after the Diamond casino and resort started having money problems due to the frequent heists and robberies starting to take place shortly after our characters set these changes into motion. This concept will include - map changes - new vehicles - new clothing - new upgrades

Introduction As the diamond casino slowly fails in business due to its premium insurance rates the people of San Andreas slowly looks for a better form of entertainment all eyes slowly drift to a new development out in grapeseed, a new company recently purchased a huge section of land and has been excavating and laying large strips of asphalt and cement. Location The development started taking place near the old grapeseed airport, beside the airport there are two fields that an old farmer used to own after an accident the fields were then bought to be excavated for a new building and strip Development stage Over a few weeks, grapeseed will go under a series of dramatic changes. First, there is an increase in construction equipment scattered around the fields ranging from excavators and bulldozers as the days go past slowly a track will start to form stretching across the two fields, slowly the stands, concrete barriers are transported inline the track, meanwhile slowly the construction of the garages and main building start. Ownable property After the completion of the drag strip, it started getting flood from spectators in search of a new form of entertainment. The Drag strip then put a workshop up for sale in Hope's of getting new drivers to help entertain their new crowd The walk around After purchasing your new Drag workshop you will be given a walk around of the premises showing off everything the drag strip has to offer to range from your own personal garage as well as the main conjoining building where display vehicles are show and tickets are sold along with the sign-up booth ( more on later ) The workshop The workshop comes with multiple default options ranging from the initial workshop to a small garage space but for money additional, you will be able to get the following modifications Style - the style upgrades will affect the walling and flooring helping to create a more immersive workshop depending on what time period you would like your workshop Dyno - the Dyno is a purchasable upgrade that when used will tell you your vehicles top speed, 0 to 60, as well 0-100 Extra garbage space - for some extra cash the strip is offering an exclusive garage space that can hold up to 12 cars [IMG=XHU] Living quarters - the small personalized quarters that you can get with different variants within the quarters there is also a trophy wall and laptop to browse your track stats and other dragster builds Ticket/main building The ticket/main building is connected to the Drag workshop this building contains a ticket booth for setting up races ( more on later) within this main building there is a VIP booth similar to the one found within the arena, there is also a display podium that has a fully modified drag car with racing slicks and a blower sitting in the center of the room. Racing The public racing is divided into classes based on the car you plan on racing the classes go as so small wheel, big wheel, nitrous oxide, dragster, funny car, and special that will include any vehicle with a rocket as well as collectible vehicles ( more on later) Classes Classes are unlocked as you processed to race in drag races earning more XP towards the next class of races unlocking new parts for cheaper prices as well as unlocking the next tier of race Prizes Prizes depend upon the classes and the amount of money in play for bets special drag races earn the most going down the list to small wheel earning the least Betting system/ pinks There are two sections of the betting/ prize system cash and pinks, the cash system is the simplest system with a betting limit of 100 grand cash limit for betting all bets must be matched by the other competitors, the second section to the betting system is betting pink slips whereupon agreement of both parties you both put a car on the line, it does not have to be the vehicle you are racing. Tier 5 upgrades - tier 5 upgrades were developed shortly after the drag strip became popular due to high demand for better performance - parts included in new tier 5 are engine, transmission, and breaks Turbo MK.2 - probably designed by a speed junkie in his garage the turbo Mk.2 has recently hit the market helping vehicles with a dramatic acceleration boost New tires - with the demand for new traction new slicks available for all drag edition cars these slicks help increase traction and acceleration Parachute - on the first few opening days of the strip there was an increase in vehicles struggling to stop before the end of the strip so for drag editions car an optional parachute can be purchased triggered by the horn, the parachute will slow you down dramatically on both the land ( it may also slow your descent back to earth ) Nitrous oxide Mk.2 - After arena war slowly got less popular due to lack of contestants they sold their formula for nos over time it was improved to be more powerful it is now often used at the strips or for street racers Restorables/ collectables Scattered across the map are multiple car carcasses that hold their own stories within their deaths but like everything else they are waiting for their rebirth to get there revenge Across the map is a few carcasses of racing legends abandoned or destroyed from time, the owner of the strip explains that these vehicles and original parts are somewhere in San Andreas mostly parted out he gives you a list of vehicles and wishing you luck that you may one day bring them back to the glory Vehicle list - Phantom drag w wing - dodge ram dually

A few weeks before the Diamond Casino update released, I got back to GTA Online after a very long break (almost a year). Today I was reminded how much time in total I used to play this game, which made me remember all these good and bad memories from the last few years. I think I could almost say I grew up with it. I started playing on October 3rd 2013 on my old PS3 system when I first got the game. It was a birthday gift when I turned 14 and used to play it almost every week at least once since then. At that time my two best friends (twins) also got the game for their PS3 which they shared with each other. But that didn’t bother either of them nor me. In fact they got the game on release which meant they were already more experienced than I was due to single player – so naturally I was really looking forward to finally get to play with them. I started the game, played the prologue and was so amazed by the game’s intro. The music, the setting, the graphics – it was PERFECT. But I couldn’t lose any more time. I switched to Online as soon as possible to find my friends (at least the one of the two who was playing). I hit ‘em up on WhatsApp and told them I finally got the game and was playing the introduction, which – if you remember – didn’t immediately allow you to join your friends. But oh boy, when I was done – shit got so real. Now, I don’t know why and it probably won’t make sense to you, but the first time I met online with M (one of the twins, the other one we’ll call K) was hilarious as f***. I just sat in my Dominator around Vinewood hills and saw on my map that he was getting closer pretty fast. When he reached me, he full speed drove off my right car door that was open and it flew pretty far away. I couldn’t control myself and just had to laugh. It was somehow magical to finally play this game with a friend, after being excited for it multiple months. That was probably my prime time. It didn’t matter to us how much money we had, if somebody killed us or if we were just bad at the game in general. We played it, because it was FUN. And in school we were always talking about what to do next. It was a very memorable time and I’m very grateful for it. Unfortunately this only lasted a year and a half before I had to leave my school and visit a new one (grades weren’t that good and I faced a few issues with one of my teachers, which was my main reason to leave). We promised we’d stay friends forever and yeah, I still am in contact with them to this day. But I wouldn’t say we’re friends. We often got into a fight because they got themselves a tank which they used to blow me up in the middle of a session which made me – in my young age – very angry. I took the game way too serious than I want to admit. Only a few days after I left our school they pretty much lost interest in playing with me, which made me very sad for a long time (I struggled with finding new friends at my new school, which made me feel very lonely). Luckily after a year I finally made two new good friends, one of which became my best friend still to this day (let’s call him B). They were both playing on Xbox360 while I was “stuck” on PS3. But I was just happy that I wasn’t lonely anymore and we got to hang out regularly in real life. After we graduated our ways parted and once again I was on a new school trying to achieve my Abitur (I live in Germany. That’s just a better graduation than the one I already had). I stayed in contact with B and though we didn’t see each other in a long time, it didn’t break our friendship. Then it happened – my big brother gave me his Xbox One, because he bought himself an Xbox One S. And guess what? The game he bought for me? GTA V. I discovered that I was able to transform my old character (who by now owned a very large amount of money through hackers/modders). Well, not as directly as I thought. I spent an entire day buying and replacing T2s in order to lose lots of my money because Rockstar didn’t allow players with so much money transform over their characters. Eventually I stopped at 300 million and I finally made it to next gen. It was such a huge difference and I finally got to enjoy all the updates I missed out on which didn’t release on old gen. My brother started playing with me and I got into a second time of my life in this game. It made me appreciate it even more and I was really happy again. At the beginning of 2018 B got himself an Xbox One as well and we finally got to play with each other. I taught him everything I knew and since he knew my brother, we made a fantastic trio online. Now both of them slowly abandon gaming in general. My brother only occasionally plays on his Switch, while B is too busy with his girlfriend. But all these memories – of how me and M or K took over the city with our free Elegys and driveby skills, or when we used to play missions for entire nights during summer. Or how I got to play Heists with my brother and his friends for my first time or how B and I pretty much did everything imaginable, like suiciding with a Titan into other players on the highway or when we “kidnapped” other people’s cars with the cargobob. Sometimes I miss the simplicity the vanilla GTA Online had. Where the most expensive car was the Truffade Adder and you actually saw players robbing liquor stores. I just wanted to share this experience with you guys, because I want to know how you guys experienced GTA Online. I’m 20 now and thinking back to all these happy days of my life really made me nostalgic. Thanks to you all for your patience reading this. I wish you a healthy and long life.

The slick city is a GTA 5 online DLC concept that takes place awhile after the Diamond casino and resort started having money problems due to the frequent heists and robberies starting to take place shortly after our characters set these changes into motion. Introduction As the diamond casino slowly fails in business due to its premium insurance rates the people of San Andreas slowly looks for a better form of entertainment all eyes slowly drift to a new development out in grapeseed, a new company recently purchased a huge section of land and has been excavating and laying large strips of asphalt and cement. Location The development started taking place near the old grapeseed airport, beside the airport there are two fields that an old farmer used to own after an accident the fields were then bought to be excavated for a new building and strip Development stage Over a few weeks, grapeseed will go under a series of dramatic changes. First, there is an increase in construction equipment scattered around the fields ranging from excavators and bulldozers as the days go past slowly a track will start to form stretching across the two fields, slowly the stands, concrete barriers are transported inline the track, meanwhile slowly the construction of the garages and main building start. Ownable property After the completion of the drag strip, it started getting flood from spectators in search of a new form of entertainment. The Drag strip then put a workshop up for sale in Hope's of getting new drivers to help entertain their new crowd The walk around After purchasing your new Drag workshop you will be given a walk around of the premises showing off everything the drag strip has to offer to range from your own personal garage as well as the main conjoining building where display vehicles are show and tickets are sold along with the sign-up booth ( more on later ) The workshop The workshop comes with multiple default options ranging from the initial workshop to a small garage space but for money additional, you will be able to get the following modifications Style - the style upgrades will affect the walling and flooring helping to create a more immersive workshop depending on what time period you would like your workshop Dyno - the Dyno is a purchasable upgrade that when used will tell you your vehicles top speed, 0 to 60, as well 0-100 Extra garbage space - for some extra cash the strip is offering an exclusive garage space that can hold up to 12 cars [IMG=XHU] Living quarters - the small personalized quarters that you can get with different variants within the quarters there is also a trophy wall and laptop to browse your track stats and other dragster builds Ticket/main building The ticket/main building is connected to the Drag workshop this building contains a ticket booth for setting up races ( more on later) within this main building there is a VIP booth similar to the one found within the arena, there is also a display podium that has a fully modified drag car with racing slicks and a blower sitting in the center of the room. Racing The public racing is divided into classes based on the car you plan on racing the classes go as so small wheel, big wheel, nitrous oxide, dragster, funny car, and special that will include any vehicle with a rocket as well as collectible vehicles ( more on later) Classes Classes are unlocked as you processed to race in drag races earning more XP towards the next class of races unlocking new parts for cheaper prices as well as unlocking the next tier of race Prizes Prizes depend upon the classes and the amount of money in play for bets special drag races earn the most going down the list to small wheel earning the least Betting system/ pinks There are two sections of the betting/ prize system cash and pinks, the cash system is the simplest system with a betting limit of 100 grand cash limit for betting all bets must be matched by the other competitors, the second section to the betting system is betting pink slips whereupon agreement of both parties you both put a car on the line, it does not have to be the vehicle you are racing. The Drag strip then put a workshop up for sale in Hope's of getting new drivers to help entertain their new crowd The walk around After purchasing your new Drag workshop you will be given a walk around of the premises showing off everything the drag strip has to offer to range from your own personal garage as well as the main conjoining building where display vehicles are show and tickets are sold along with the sign-up booth ( more on later ) The workshop The workshop comes with multiple default options ranging from the initial workshop to a small garage space but for money additional, you will be able to get the following modifications Style - the style upgrades will affect the walling and flooring helping to create a more immersive workshop depending on what time period you would like your workshop Dyno - the Dyno is a purchasable upgrade that when used will tell you your vehicles top speed, 0 to 60, as well 0-100 Extra garbage space - for some extra cash the strip is offering an exclusive garage space that can hold up to 12 cars [IMG=XHU] Living quarters - the small personalized quarters that you can get with different variants within the quarters there is also a trophy wall and laptop to browse your track stats and other dragster builds Ticket/main building The ticket/main building is connected to the Drag workshop this building contains a ticket booth for setting up races ( more on later) within this main building there is a VIP booth similar to the one found within the arena, there is also a display podium that has a fully modified drag car with racing slicks and a blower sitting in the center of the room. Racing The public racing is divided into classes based on the car you plan on racing the classes go as so small wheel, big wheel, nitrous oxide, dragster, funny car, and special that will include any vehicle with a rocket as well as collectible vehicles ( more on later) Classes Classes are unlocked as you processed to race in drag races earning more XP towards the next class of races unlocking new parts for cheaper prices as well as unlocking the next tier of race Prizes Prizes depend upon the classes and the amount of money in play for bets special drag races earn the most going down the list to small wheel earning the least Betting system/ pinks There are two sections of the betting/ prize system cash and pinks, the cash system is the simplest system with a betting limit of 100 grand cash limit for betting all bets must be matched by the other competitors, the second section to the betting system is betting pink slips whereupon agreement of both parties you both put a car on the line, it does not have to be the vehicle you are racing. Tier 5 upgrades - tier 5 upgrades were developed shortly after the drag strip became popular due to high demand for better performance - parts included in new tier 5 are engine, transmission, and breaks Turbo MK.2 - probably designed by a speed junkie in his garage the turbo Mk.2 has recently hit the market helping vehicles with a dramatic acceleration boost New tires - with the demand for new traction new slicks available for all drag edition cars these slicks help increase traction and acceleration Parachute - on the first few opening days of the strip there was an increase in vehicles struggling to stop before the end of the strip so for drag editions car an optional parachute can be purchased triggered by the horn, the parachute will slow you down dramatically on both the land ( it may also slow your descent back to earth ) Nitrous oxide Mk.2 - After arena war slowly got less popular due to lack of contestants they sold their formula for nos over time it was improved to be more powerful it is now often used at the strips or for street racers Restorables/ collectables Scattered across the map are multiple car carcasses that hold their own stories within their deaths but like everything else they are waiting for their rebirth to get there revenge Across the map is a few carcasses of racing legends abandoned or destroyed from time, the owner of the strip explains that these vehicles and original parts are somewhere in San Andreas mostly parted out he gives you a list of vehicles and wishing you luck that you may one day bring them back to the glory Vehicle list - Phantom drag w wing - dodge ram dually

MAME 0.196, our March release, is here just in time for Easter, and it’s packed with all the goodness you’ve come to expect. In a very exciting development, Team Caps0ff have extracted the C-chip data for Volfied, Superman, Rainbow Islands, and most importantly, Bonze Adventure. This cleanly fixes some of the most long-standing emulation issues in MAME. The improvements to Sega Model 2 have continued, with Virtua Fighter 2 and Motor Raid now considered working. Other Model 2 games are greatly improved as well. For fans of 8-bit home computers, MAME 0.196 has improved ZX Spectrum family emulation, fixing many graphical glitches. A QuikLoad option has been added to several CP/M-80 machines, allowing .COM files to be loaded directly after the operating system has booted. Emulated IEEE-488 (GPIB) can now be tunnelled over sockets, opening up the possibility to simulate peripherals outside MAME. Interpro progress has continued, and is now at the point where you can boot the rebuild floppy. Other new working arcade games include Big Buck Hunter, an older joystick-controlled version of Ghox, and a rare unprotected version of Opa Opa. With some fixes to our vector maths, War: The Final Assault is working, and Gunpey has been made playable using decompressed sprite data extracted from a working board. New LCD hand-helds include Dennis the Menace, Double Dragon 3, Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, The Addams Family, The Flash, and X-Men - Project X. In an emulation first, MAME 0.196 supports QSound DSP emulation. For now, it’s only enabled for the vgmplay driver by default, and it requires a fairly fast computer to emulate at full speed. It will be enabled by default when system requirements are a bit more modest. The SH-4 recompiler has been enabled by default for Dreamcast-derived systems, giving substantial performance improvements. Of course, there are plenty of other improvements.
